Shelf Life Testing

Shelf life testing is performed in accordance with NZFSA’s Guide to Calculating the Shelf Life of Foods. This testing assists food manufacturers with new product development to meet growing nutritional demands and food safety assurance for consumers. Each shelf life trial is designed by key technical personnel and is handled like a project. The customer is kept informed at every stage of the trial.

Microbial Indentification

Microbial identifications can be conducted on isolates obtained from a range of sources. The testing is very thorough and in depth involving microscopic examinations and establishing biochemical profiles.
