We maintain a rigorous biosecurity training regime across the company, and therefore have a reliable team of dedicated professionals who are deeply respected in the international arena. We have a 400-strong team of trained biosecurity experts who can be put on full alert, ready to respond immediately to any scenario, in any number of locations across the country.
In 2005, AsureQuality (named AgriQuality at that time) participated in a Foot and Mouth exercise that simulated an outbreak on 109 properties. Throughout the year, we participated in a further 42 biosecurity emergency response events at 23 locations from Northland to Invercargill.
