Our major asset is highly trained frontline staff. They are responsible for delivering a wide range of activities across the food chain, in meat processing plants inspecting meat and training meat company workers, in salesyards as part of monitoring compliance to AHB requirements, on farms testing cattle for Tb and also carrying out farm assurance audits. All these activities contribute to achieving our goal of helping our customers deliver consumer confidence that food is safe.
